As of December 3, 2024,this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 9, 2024. The proposed work consists of one contract: ''Exterior Painting of Municipal Buildings'' and includes four (4) buildings located at 15947 Lincoln Road and two (2) joined buildings located at 14601 Norrish Road, Morrison, Illinois. Site preparation for painting 2. Surface preparation (power washing, scraping, sanding, rust removal, etc.) 3. Priming and painting of all exterior surfaces including walls, roof, trim, and doors 4. Repair of minor surface defects 5. Provision of all labor and paint 6. Closing/sealing any exterior gaps, cracks, or other undesirable openings 7. Application of a minimum of two coats of paint 8.
