2025 GENERAL COUNTY LETTING Furnish the Whiteside County Highway Department and various Road Districts within said County with all or part of the six (6) groups of mater ials consisting of: 33,700 tons of Agg Surf Crse T-B (CA6/10); 6,200 tons of CA-16 (Washed); 400 tons of Coarse Agg (CA-2); 775 tons of Bit Patching Mix (Cold Patch); 5,800 tons HMA, Mix C, N50, IL-9.5/12. All proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Whiteside County Highway Department. No duplications of these forms will be allowed. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) The Public Works Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities and to accept the proposal which is most advantageous to Whiteside County.
