Section #25-55000-01-GM Section consists of a Hot-Mix Asphalt overlay and associated work of 2.46 total miles of River Road and Stouffer Road within Sterling Township. Estimate of material quantities consist of: 332 Sq. Yds. of HMA Surface Removal (Butt Joints), 3,204 Tons of HMA SC IL-9.5FG N50, 14,320 Lbs. of Trackless Tack Coat, 29,217 Feet of Paint Pvt Mk Line 4 & 1 Each of R.R. Protective Liability Insurance. Section #25-44000-01-GM Section consists of a Hot-Mix Asphalt overlay and associated work of 2.4 total miles of Hurd Road and Yates Road within Hahnaman Township. Estimate of material quantities consist of: 308 Sq. Yds. of HMA Surface Removal (Butt Joints), 2,478 Tons of HMA SC IL-9.5 Mix C N50, 11,889 Lbs. of Tack Coat & 658 Tons of Aggregate Shoulders Type B. All proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Whiteside County Highway Department. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) SHOULDLERING MACHINE Bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the Whiteside County Highway Department. The Public Works Committee reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities and to accept the proposal, which is most advantageous to Whiteside County.
