The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms to provide Lobby Enclosure Installation Services. Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, "Scope of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits. The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid. This IFB is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Bridgeport Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary for removal of existing roof gutters, de-icing system and installation of new Snow Management System. A. License Requirement/Certification: Contractor must possess a valid California Contractor's State License Board License General B B. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete State of California Standard 807, in duplicate, and submit prior to execution of Agreement. 2.
