Demolition and site work for a residential development in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (“RMWB” or “Municipality”) is seeking a Contractor for demolition of assets associated with the Draper Voluntary Buyout (VBO) Program. Draper is one of the communities within the RMWB, located east of Fort McMurray along the south bank of the Clearwater River. The Municipality has adopted a principle of Flood Accommodation for the community of Draper, and in support of this principle, has completed a Voluntary Buyout (VBO) program of homes within the floodplain. Per direction from Council, the Municipality is seeking contractor services for the demolition and site remediation of six residential buildings acquired through the VBO program in Draper.
