Replace RTU#5: 5-ton Carrier RTU with new 5-ton Carrier RTU with economizer. Replace RTU#6: 12.5-ton Carrier RTU with new 12.5-ton Carrier RTU with economizer. Replace RTU#7: 15-ton Carrier RTU with new 15-ton Carrier RTU with economizer. Replace RTU#8: 15-ton Carrier RTU with new 15-ton Carrier RTU with economizer. Replace RTU#9: 12.5-ton Carrier RTU with new 12.5-ton Carrier RTU with economizer. Removal and disposal of existing RTUs. Installation of new RTUs, including all necessary connections (electrical, ductwork, and plumbing). Coordination with and subcontract any roofing contractors for any required roof modifications if needed. Testing and balancing of new HVAC systems. Comply with local codes and regulations. Provide operational training and documentation for maintenance. Estimated lead times for delivery of the RTUs, including any potential delays.
