Public Safety Building - Asbestos Abatement Questions prior to bid opening shall be submitted electronically to cbasham@klingner.com Include in the Subject Line: PSB Asbestos Abatement – Question Submittal. A certified check or bank draft, payable to City of Galesburg / Knox County ETSB, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations is required City of Galesburg / Knox County ETSB reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept other than the lowest bid, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids received
