Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Improve a north-south alley in the Williams-Woodland Park Neighborhood Association bounded by W. Woodland Ave. to the south, W. Suttenfield St. to the north, Webster St. to the west and S. Harrison St. to the east. The existing 12' wide alley will be removed and reconstructed with a 12' wide concrete alley, spot repairs of sidewalk and existing residential drive approaches where needed. Minor stormwater adjustments along with curb and parkstrip restoration are included in this project as well. All in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST- 0762D as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days to allow review of bids before announcing award of contract. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
