Renovation of a museum in Westmoreland, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The City of Westmoreland is requesting bids for the Frank Memorial Shelter improvements to repair damage caused by tornado. The contractor will be responsible for all associated costs with the removal and replacement of approximately 1361 square feet of metal roofing, 354 linear feet of metal roofing closure strips, 62 linear feet of gable trim, 89 linear feet of drip edge, 45 linear feet of ridge vent, 1-32 x 60 chimney flashing, and 89 linear feet of roof gutter. Bids will only be accepted on the approved bid form available upon request. completion date of February 1, 2025. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received as a result of this solicitation and to waive minor irregularities.
