Reference Number 0000367802 Description of project The project includes the replacement of all non-LED lighting fixtures for the Village Theater at Cherry Hill, 50400 Cherry Hill Rd Canton, MI. 48187. The budget for this project is $440,000 Fixtures that need to be replaced and current inventory: Front lights - 68 fixtures Side light - 78 fixtures Cyc lights - 6, 4 cell fixtures Spotlights - 2 spotlights House lights - 12 fixtures Stage work/wing lights - 30 fixtures New dimmer modules will need to be purchased as well (move to "switched" modules). Moving head fixtures are preferred (house, work, wing, and Cyc lights can be static fixtures.) Front light must have shuters. House lights- ETC Colorsource Par DB (House lights need to be these specific fixtures) There are no Vectorworks type diagrams available. All labor, necessary hardware and cabling must be included. Project schedule:It is very important that work be done with the least amount of impact on the facility operations. It is anticipated that the lighting system will be installed and operational by February 7, 2025. There are 3 weeks set aside for the install. 1/13-18/2025 1/27-31/2025 2/3-7/2025
