DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The project is at our Administration Building at 1150 Canton Center Rd, Canton, MI 48188. This is to remove and replace all carpet on all 4 levels of the building. PROJECT CONTACT Tom Gaffka - Project & Facilities Service Manager Tom.Gaffka@cantonmi.gov New carpet is to be Mannington, CoDi, Automata, 18" X 36". Color: Phoenix 83377. Carpet specifications are attached below Plus 10% attic stock. Bidder responsible for all field measurements. Request for change orders will not be approved for measurement or take-off errors by the Contractor New carpet is to follow Mannington's adhesive specifications Specifications are attached below Carpet must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines, ensuring proper alignment, seam replacement, and secure fitting Moisture testing Mannington's local sales representative Aaron Brown: 734-853-7390 Will need to include all furniture, cubical, file cabinet, and misc. moves. This is a full "all-in" project Looking to have work performed with the least amount of disruption to daily operation. Most of the work will need to be performed between 4:30pm-12:30am Include all equipment and rentals. Contractor to be responsible for all demolition and disposal costs. Canton will provide a 40' roll off Contractor to ensure all work areas are left clean and free of debris upon completion All damaged property shall be restored by the contractor to its original condition or better at no separate cost. Contractor must provide all necessary means of safety precautions, including barriers, signage, etc., and must communicate with the Township project manager a minimum of 48 hours prior to construction. All schedules must be approved by the Township Project Manager Any deviation from these specifications must be approved in writing by Canton Township. Permits for the job are not required.
