SPECIFICATION Location is the vestibule of the Theater. Remove vestibule carpet complete. Retain wood flooring border. Remove wood flooring at the ellipse. Provide vestibule walk off carpet. New carpet to be "Interface SR899" carpet, "sable" color. Provide carpet at ellipse, add sub-floor as needed to maintain level surface between new and existing carpeted surfaces. New carpet is to be "Shaw Artisan Loom" carpet, "Angkor "color. Plus 20% attic stock of Interface SR899 All equipment and rentals must be included in your bid/proposal. Contractor to be responsible for all demolition and disposal costs. Contractor must provide all necessary means of safety precautions, including barriers, signage, etc., and must communicate with the Project & Facilities Service Manager a minimum of 48 hours prior to construction. Contractor is responsible for any restorations required to project site. All schedules must be approved by the Township Project Manager Any deviation from these specifications must be approved in writing by Canton Township. Permits for the job are not required.
