Cartersville Public Works Office The City of Cartersville is inviting bids for the Public Works Office Remodel. Located: 330 S. Erwin St., Cartersville, GA, 30120. The Owner requires the Project to achieve Final Completion by June 15, 2025 Bidders are required to provide bid security in the form of a bid bond in a sum no less than 5 percent of the bid sum. Bid are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 calendar days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any and all bids.
