City of Cartersville has contracted Pennant Construction Management, Inc. to serve as Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation of the Historic Train Depot located at 1 Friendship Plaza, Cartersville, Georgia. Pennant Construction Management is seeking licensed and insured subcontractors to participate in the project in the following trades: demolition, concrete, masonry, framing, exterior door/window millwork, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, insulation, acoustical ceilings, interior doors/trim, ceramic tile, hardwood flooring and paint. Subcontractors will be required to be licensed in the State of Georgia and carry adequate workers comp and general liability insurance from an approved carrier.
