**As of December 19 , 2024 , this project has been awarded to Gay Construction, awarded amount not available.** The City of Cartersville is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors for Construction Manager at Risk Services for Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the Matthew Hill Park Stadium Step Improvements and Basketball Pavilion. All contractors are urged to attend.
