** As of January 23, 2025, project was awarded to Kilgore Companies, LLC, awarded amount is $ 3 707 689. ** The project consists of the reconstruction of Segment 1 (PT1) of the 9-Mile Road Reconstruction project, including approximately 7,550 feet of paved roadway (CR#15) from near the Point of Rocks interchange, east ~1.5 miles up to and including the first cattle guard. The project will include removal of the full road section, earthwork grading, drainage, shoulder widening, approaches, culvert replacement, aggregate base leveling, hot plant mix pavement, cattle guards, fencing, signs, delineators, striping, rumble strips, and associated miscellaneous work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Plans and Specifications by the Substantial Completion date of October 30, 2025. A Bid Additive item is also proposed, pending remaining funds, for 27,400 feet of chip seal with overshoot.
