Final NHJB Responses to Vendor Inquiries November 20, 2024 11:59 PM Vendors must provide written assurance that they are willing and able to fully-executed a contract no later than December 15, 2024. Any Vendor that fails to do so, shall not be selected. Any Vendor that is selected and later determined by the AOC not to be able or willing to fully execute a contract by December 15, 2024 shall be rejected and the AOC may move on to the next highest scored The resulting contract shall be a Firm Fixed Price/Not To Exceed contract. The contract term shall commence on the effective date of the contract as defined herein and run through December 31, 2025 subject to continued availability of funding. Following the initial term of the contract, the AOC may opt to renew the contract for the additional 6-month period, through June 30, 2026, at the sole option of the AOC, subject to continued availability of funding and satisfactory performance. General Project Objectives a. Install S2 Access Control security systems in (18) eighteen court facilities listed in Appendix E in this RFP. b. Install Axis IP based security camera systems in (35) thirty-five court facilities listed in Appendix E in this RFP. c. Install DMP Alarm system in (19) nineteen court facilities listed in Appendix E in this RFP. d. Vendor must supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. The vendor must provide said services to the satisfaction of the AOC and in accordance with the specifications.
