Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Zionsville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

All interested contractors, manufacturers and suppliers are encouraged to attend. Award will be at a public meeting of the Zionsville Park and Recreation Board at a future date to be determined. The project will be a single lump sum bid and shall include, but is not limited to, clearing and grading, earthwork, asphalt drive, restroom/shelter building, concrete sidewalk, concrete plaza, utilities, storm drainage, and planting. A Five Percent (5%) Bid Bond and signed Non-collusion Affidavit shall be submitted with the bid. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a Payment Bond shall be delivered to the owner within ten (10) days after the contract has been awarded. The Zionsville Park and Recreation Board and the Town of Zionsville reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the bids and in the bidding process.
