Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in La Place, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Scope of the contract work is to provide means to perform concrete roadway maintenance of defective areas including concrete panel replacement, concrete curb repairs, sidewalk and driveway repairs, and repairs of concrete pavement around drainage structures of street segments throughout St. John the Baptist Parish. Payment for work performed shall be on a unit price basis. Questions and comments regarding this Bid must be submitted in writing to St. John the Baptist Parish, Purchasing & Procurement Department, ATTN: Peter Montz, 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, LA 70068 or via e-mail to p.montz@Stjohn-la.gov no later than 10:00 A.M. local time on December 5, 2024. Each bid must be accompanied by cashiers check or certified check of the bidder, or a bid bond, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Owner, in the amount of 5 percent of the bid made payable to the Owner bid date notes ;sealed envelope or package clearly marked with the Bidders name and address, LA State Contractor's Number, and Removal and Replacement of Concrete Sidewalks, Driveways, and Street. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause
