The Scope of the contract work is to provide means to perform concrete roadway maintenance of defective areas including concrete panel replacement, concrete curb repairs, sidewalk and driveway repairs, and repairs of concrete pavement around drainage structures of street segments throughout St. John the Baptist Parish. Payment for work performed shall be on a unit price basis. Each bid must be accompanied by cashiers check or certified check of the bidder, or a bid bond, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Owner, in the amount of 5 percent of the bid made payable to the Owner bid date notes ;sealed envelope or package clearly marked with the Bidders name and address, LA State Contractor's Number, and Removal and Replacement of Concrete Sidewalks, Driveways, and Street.
