Sealed Bids Are Requested by the St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriffs Office From General Contractors for Construction of: Lloyd B. Johnson Law Enforcement Training Center Sjpso Exterior Renovations All Other Questions Regarding the Scope of Work of the Project Should Be Directed to the Project Architect in Writing via Email Only: Tabb@murrayarchitects.net. C. Bid Security and Performance and Payment Bonds Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Security at Least Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Base Bid and All Additive Alternates in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bid Bond. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, Each in an Amount Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. Rejection of Bids St. John the Baptist Sheriffs of- Fice Reserves the Right to Award the Project on Whatever Basis is in the Interest of the Owner and to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Technicalities and Informalities as Allowed by Law.
