**As of January 28, 2025 bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid.** The contract documents consist of the Notice to Bidders; Instructions to Bidders; General Conditions of the Contract; special conditions if applicable; Supplementary General Conditions; the drawing and specifications, including all bulletins, addenda or other modifications of the drawings and specifications incorporated into the documents prior to their execution; the proposal; the contract; the performance bond; the payment bond; insurance certificates; the approval of the attorney general; and the certificate of the Office of State Budget and Management. All of these items together form the contract. Provide a Class a Live Fire Pre-manufactured Training Prop With Appoximately a 2000sf Footprint to Become Part of the City of Burlington Training Complex Located on 128 Quarry Road.
