Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive design services for the renovation of the University Plaza property, a 22.5-acre site at the inter section of University Avenue and Asher Avenue, and the renovation of the existing Speech Building. The project will focus on demolishing existing structures and enhancing the University Plaza site for future development as well as renovation of the existing Speech building to relocate the remaining units housed in the University Plaza. The total project cost is estimated at $6 million ,with a design and construction timeline of approximately 24months. The anticipated start date for renovations to the Speech Building is July 2025. The University encourages proposals from firms with a diverse workforce, including women and minority owned firms and joint ventures including such firms. University of Arkansas at Little Rock reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive any formalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
