Site work for a water / sewer project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Provide materials, equipment, and labor necessary, including excavation, installation, backfill, testing, surface restoration, cleanup, and miscellaneous associated work, to complete installation of approximately 155 feet of 8-inch polyvinyl chloride water main and 2,508 feet of 12-inch polyvinyl chloride water main, connect to existing mains, install appurtenances and water service transfers, disconnect mains to be abandoned, and remove old surface facilities. Replacement of existing water mains for Base Bid as follows: McKinley Avenue from 500 feet west of SW 9th Street to 360 feet west of SW 14th Street.
