Renovation of a water / sewer project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
PLAN FILE # 665-316 The improvement includes sequenced demolition, replacement and modifications of portions of the existing grit removal system, and other associated components and incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 663-141/203, located at Building 10 at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility, 3000 Vandalia Road, Des Moines, Iowa. Work on each improvement shall be commenced upon approval of the contract by the WRA Board, and completed as stated below. This project shall be fully completed February 28, 2026 and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $1,103,000.00 Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
