Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
IDOT Project No's NHSN-006-4(201)--2R-77 The improvement includes Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalk and driveways, pavement removal, remove and replace sections of PCC curb and gutter, storm sewer, intakes, manholes, grading, PCC sidewalk, retaining walls, pavement markings, traffic control, erosion control, surface restoration, and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 666- 151/369, located along Euclid Avenue from the Des Moines River to York Street in Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than November 15, 2025, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $5,050,000.00 Preletting Conference. None. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction.
