DBE/TSB Goal for this project is 5.72% The work comprising the above referenced project shall be constructed in accordance with the SUDAS Standard Specifications, 2024 Edition; and as further modified by the supplemental specifications and special provisions included in the contract documents. The Des Moines City Engineer is the Engineer. The terms used in the contract documents are defined in said SUDAS Standard Specifications. The City of Des Moines is the Contracting Authority on this project and shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Jurisdiction". The improvement includes the installation of traffic calming measures including the construction of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement, PCC curb and gutter, PCC sidewalk, Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) speed humps, storm sewer, intakes, traffic signs, pavement markings, and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 667-088/100, located along Pleasant Drive between 56th Street and 63rd Street, and other locations as directed by the City Engineer in Des Moines, Iowa.
