For furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as Booster Stadium - Pedestrian Bridge. Base Bid: Contract A $302,500.00 Contract B $33,000.00 The work for which proposals are invited consists of the construction of a prefabricated 50'x8' steel bridge with cast-in-place concrete abutments and the removal of an existing pedestrian bridge. The Owner and/or Engineer will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Engineer. Proposals will only be accepted from bidders who have purchased the Contract Documents from Mote & Associates, Inc. and are registered as a planholder. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the Proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on the projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. The Owner intends and requires that the project be completed no later than August 1, 2025. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. DOMESTIC STEEL USE REQUIREMENTS AS SPECIFIED IN OHIO REVISED CODE SECTION 153.011 APPLY TO THIS PROJECT. COPIES OF SECTION 153.011 CAN BE OBTAINED FROM ANY OF THE OFFICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES OR THROUGH WEBSITE. Arcanum Butler Local School reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal. Proposals will only be accepted from bidders who have purchased Contract Documents and Plans from Mote & Associates, Inc. and are registered as a planholder. (This purchase will show you as a registered planholder.) Full payment must be received prior to the bid opening. Non-payment will render your bid invalid.
