Installation of new ornamental gate and chain-link fence (1000` +/-) along DYS property line abutting Institute Road. This project summary is intended to provide a general understanding of the work and is not intended to be all inclusive. 1. Addition of a new gate at the main entrance of the facility. This include two piers constructed of reinforced concrete where the gates will attach. 2. Addition of a new fence running along the property on Institute Road. The project is in response to help ensure privacy in the existing facility. The fence will be of two different materials, a chain link fence along mostly and a steel fence near the main entrance. This project is an installation of a gate entrance at the north entrance and chain-link fence along the property line adjacent to Institute Rd. The work includes a 6' high, 24' wide black metal double swing gate on stone veneer concrete pillars with 30' of 6' high 30' in length of black metal fence on either side of the gate. From the metal fence at the gate entrance, there will be a 6' high, black vinyl coated chain link fence running 350' (+/-) with a 4' wide man-gate to the south and 750' (+/-) to the north with two (2) 4'-wide man - gates.
