Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in North Grafton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,500-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first step of a two phase bidding process. This work consists of construction of a 1.1 MGD PFAS Water Treatment Plant at 77 Snow Road in a new 4,500 SF stone masonry building. The work includes but is not limited to, site work, drainage infrastructure, process piping, process equipment, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA. The project shall be completed within 840 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Construction is expected to begin in the Winter 2025/2026. Following prequalification, the Grafton Water District will invite the prequalified respondents to submit General Bids and Filed Sub-Bids for the project. The successful respondent must be able to obtain bonding for the full construction cost. Further public notice information regarding the specifics of this project and the general evaluation criteria and selection process is included in the RFQ. The DCAMM certificate of eligibility to be submitted by the General Bidder shall be for the category of work defined as "Sewage and Water Treatment Plants".
