Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in North Grafton, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of construction of a 1.01 MGD PFAS and Greensand Water Treatment Plant at 98 Worcester Street in a new 6,400 SF stone masonry building. The work includes, but is not limited to, site work, drainage infrastructure, process piping, process equipment, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA. The project shall be completed within 850 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Construction is expected to begin in the Winter 2025/2026. The Work will be substantially completed within 790 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. In Phase II, the prequalified respondents will be invited to submit bids in response to an RFP which is anticipated to be issued on July 30, 2025. Only General Contractor and Sub-Contractor firms prequalified for this project in Phase I will be permitted to submit bids in Phase II a certificate of eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), showing that the firm has been approved to bid on projects of the size and nature as advertised herein. Interested General Contractors and Subcontractors must also submit an updated statement summarizing the irrecord for the period between the latest DCAMM certificate and the date of the SOQ submittal.
