Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Center Avenue Demolition and Rehabilition Estimated Contract Value: Bidders shall make their own determination of project value. The Borough of Jim Thorpe reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. The Borough of Jim Thorpe does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability or familial status in employment or the provision of services. The Borough of Jim Thorpe is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to demolish a co-joined house and rebuild an exterior parting wall located at 204-206 Center Avenue in the Borough of Jim Thorpe.
