Project" on Various Roads in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County 138,864 Lf of 4" Double Yellow Center Lines 277,728 Lf of 4" Single White Edge Lines All Materials Must Meet Penndot Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders Need to Be Penndot Prequalified. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten (10%) Percent of the Bid Made Payable to Penn Forest Township. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price Within 20 Days of the Award of the Contract. The Penn Forest Township Board of Supervisors Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and/or All Proposals or Portions Thereof, and to Delete Projects and or Portions of the Project Depending on Budgetary Constraints and Also to Waive Any Technicalities Deemed to Be in the Best Interested of the Township.
