Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting Bidders to submit their Statement of Qualifications to prequalify to bid on the Ultra High-Performance Concrete Topping of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario. This prequalification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the prequalified bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The successful bidder will be required to enter a Stipulated Price Subcontract contract with the Construction Manager. This Request for Qualifications document sets out the requirements for the submission of the Bidders Statement of Qualifications and specifies the evaluation criteria and Bidder selection process for this phase. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
