Renovation of a parking garage in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
All labour, equipment, and materials to provide base building upgrades to support the transition from diesel buses to zero emission buses. 1 Provide components made of steel unless otherwise indicated. 2 Provide the following components as required and / or where indicated: .1 Angle lintels over all new masonry openings unless otherwise indicated; .2 Angle brick shelves; .3 Steel grating; .4 Miscellaneous bent plates; .5 Masonry lateral support brackets; .6 Other metal fabrications shown and not specifically covered in other Sections. .3 The above list is intended as a guide only and not to be considered as a complete list of all items to be provided. Examine drawings thoroughly to determine items and quantities required. 4 The Contractor is to coordinate the correct installation of any fabricated items including obtaining suitable templates and guides required for installation. Items to be fabricated and supplied to the site for installation in a timely manner which does not impact schedules or quality of workmanship of the associated trades. .5 All exterior metal fabrications exposed to weather to be hot-dip galvanized, unless noted otherwise. Materials and installation for piping, fittings used in compressed air systems. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
