Site work for a mixed-use development in Henrico, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work consists of furnishing materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the installation of approximately 2,820 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer main, including sixteen (16) manholes, new site inspection ports (SIPs) and new service lateral installations, installation of approximately 1,925 linear feet of 12-inch water main, including associated interconnections, hydrants, new meter assemblies and new service line installations, associated appurtenances, and all associated clearing and grubbing, erosion control and surface restoration.
