Site work for a civil project in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Tracts 15F & 22F Sanitary Sewer Project DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project includes the installation of sanitary sewer force main, gravity sanitary sewer, and two (2) small lift stations. The work also includes installation of concrete manholes, electrical components for service to the lift stations, and directional drilling under a roadway. This project is in Jeffersonville and Charlestown in the River Ridge Commerce Center in Clark County, Indiana. COMPLETION DATES: The work shall be substantially completed by March 21, 2025. Substantially complete shall mean that all sanitary sewer piping and structures, and the lift stations are installed as shown in the contract documents. All work shall be 100% complete including site cleanup, punch-list items, etc. on or before April 11, 2025.
