Site work for a water / sewer project in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project includes the installation of approximately 280 of 8-inch PVC gravity sanitary sewer. The work also includes manhole installation, a 185 length jack and bore, and all other items detailed in the plans and specifications. This project is located north of the intersection of Salem Road and Lewman Way on the Jeffersonville side of the River Ridge Commerce Center in Clark County, Indiana. COMPLETION DATES: The work shall be substantially completed by April 25, 2025. Substantially complete shall mean that all sanitary sewer work shall be completed and ready to be placed into service as shown in the contract documents. All work shall be 100% complete including site cleanup, punch-list items, etc. on or before May 16, 2025.
