Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Medina, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; and for paving for a residential development.
Said improvement will involve the removal of the existing concrete roadway & catch basins concrete base repair, and installation of 8" fiber-reinforced concrete including catch basins, curb under drains, driveway aprons, general excavation involving fine grading, and other incidental items as shown in the plans, stipulated traffic control in accordance with the specifications and accompanying construction drawings to all aspects of the improvement. The the road shall be closed for a maximum of 90 days. Work shall be completed no later than August 8, 2025. The Engineer's estimate is $586,000.00. Question Deadline 11/21/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Each bidder shall be required to file a bid guaranty with the bid in the form of either: (1) a Bid/Performance Bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid; or (2) a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit shall equal to 10% of the amount bid, conditioned that the bidder shall, if their bid is accepted, execute a contract in conformity with the bid, plans, details, specifications and bills of material. A Letter of Credit shall be revocable only at the option of Hinckley Township. The bid will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder. The Hinckley Township Board of Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
