The Town of South Windsor is seeking sealed proposals for the services of a Vendor to provide Watermain Materials for a Town Watermain installation project. All materials will be delivered to 90 Brookfield Street South Windsor, CT 06074. Liquidated damages shall be one hundred ($100) dollars per calendar day. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to the South Windsor Engineering Department. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Town in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Town as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The time of delivery of materials shall be within 90 days of the date of award of contract. Bid Security is not required for this project. Performance bond is not required for this project.
