The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the complete construction of approximately 9,100 lineal feet of double-walled 6-inch by 10-inch HDPE forcemain from the existing LCRMS junction box structure at the entrance to the LCRMS Landfill to the existing West Branch sewer system manhole located on Allenwood Camp Lane, and all related site work identified in the Bidding Documents. In order to perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors shall hold or obtain such license(s) as required by State statutes, and Federal and Local Laws and Regulations, prior to Contract award. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening of Bids. The County reserves the right to reject all Bids, or any Bid, not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents, to waive any informality in Bids received, and to accept that Bid which in its judgement best serves the interest of the
