Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of but not limited to: The scope of work consists of the removal and replacement of existing steel doors with new fire rated steel doors and frames at the lower level of the four unit buildings.
