County of Yuba is seeking Request for Proposals from qualified contractors to eliminate the fire hazard posed by wood waste, located at 4533 Feather River Boulevard, Olivehurst, CA 95961. In accordance with the related documents attached to this listing. Proposed contract 2025 Bonds. For Public Projects over $25,000, Contractor must provide a bid guarantee equivalent to five (5) percent of the bid price in their proposal submission. The bid guarantee must consist of a firm commitment such as a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check pursuant to PCC 20129. Contractor must provide proof of ability to provide a performance bond and payment bond, pursuant to CIV 9550 and PCC 10221 respectively, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of total project cost. The bonds shall be in the form of a bond and not a deposit in lieu of a bond. The bond shall be executed by an admitted surety insurer, pursuant to CIV 9554 and PCC 10221 respectively. Bonds can be remitted to the Department of Administrative Services, at the address on the cover page of this RFP. Work to be completed by 06/30/2025
