Wages as predetermined by the US Secretary of Labor and Industry Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and included in the specifications and contract documents and/or addenda thereto shall be used by the CONTRACTOR in paying labor in connection with the work under this contract. This project involves rehabilitating the Airport Access Road from Newark Road to the parking lot of the Terminal Building. The Base Bid will include completing full depth repairs in areas as needed, installing paving fabric, and overlaying with 1.5-Inches of PennDOT wearing course. After paving, temporary pavement markings will be applied to the roadway so that it can be used while the asphalt cures. Once the asphalt cures the final pavement markings will be applied. Add Alternate No. 1 will include installing a 16' sliding vehicle gate with card reader at the entrance to the T-Hangars on Airport Access Road. Installation will include running electrical cable and conduit from the gate to the power source as depicted on the contract drawings.
