Renovation of a municipal facility in Catasauqua, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Borough of North Catasauqua hereby invites interested bidders to submit sealed bids for the following work relative to the replacement of flooring at the Borough Office, which shall include: Work with Borough staff to move furniture in and out of space to accommodate work; Remove and dispose of existing flooring; Prepare existing subfloor service for installation of replacement flooring; Supply and install 504 square yards of carpet tile from Engineered Floors, Style: Tectonic, color to be determined throughout, including treads and risers for thirty-eight (38) steps; Supply and install #E167 Commercial Premium Carpet Tile Adhesive; Supply and install metal transitions at thresholds as necessary; Supply and install rubber nosing on thirty-eight (38) steps. Bidders shall provide, as a bid guarantee, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, made payable to the Borough of North Catasauqua. The Bidder shall provide to the Borough any additional requirements as requested. Bids may be modified or withdrawn at any time prior to opening. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days from opening, and if no bid is awarded in that time, a new bid invitation will issue
