Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Catasauqua, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Borough of Catasauqua is performing improvements on Walnut Street, from 890 Walnut Street to the dead end; Green Street, from 14th Street to 15th Street; and Milton Street, from Bridge Street to Blackberry Street. This project is funded by the online Liquid Fuels Program. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to: construction of ADA compliant curb ramps, asphalt pavement milling, pavement base repairs, installation of asphalt leveling/scratch course and wearing course and replacement of pavement markings. The work also includes mobilization, maintenance and protection of traffic; and erosion and sediment controls, as necessary to perform the work. The scope of work is more fully described in the Project Specifications herein and on the Project Plans.
