Request for Proposals (RFP) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for the City of Garrison Raw Water Intake Improvements The City of Garrison (Owner) requests Proposals from Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) firms for the improvements to their Raw Water Intake Facility. Upon completion of a review of proposals received, the Owner anticipates awarding a contract for pre construction services, and, at the Owner s discretion, a subsequent contract for construction. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, replacing the community's raw water intake system. The project will include installing a new intake and pipeline out into the bottom of the Lake Sakakawea reservoir (Missouri River). Along with the new pipeline the project also includes new pumps, upgrades to the existing caisson, new at grade pump house, and new controls. Under the proposed project, new fused plastic piping would be installed via HDD from the existing caisson out into the reservoir.
