Site work and new construction of a civil project in Garrison, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work includes the construction of a water pump station and reservoir featuring a wood framed building with metal panel exterior, FRP interior wall covering, electrical, HVAC, process piping, pump controls, 125,000-gallon glass-fused-to-steel tank, and all related accessories. Underground utilities include approximately 560 LF of 6-inch PVC watermain piping, gate valves, a fire hydrant, and a septic storage tank. All work must be done in full and strict compliance with the Plans & Contract Documents, any Special Conditions, and NDDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. Bids must be submitted with the contractor's license and bid security in a separate envelope. The bid security must be five percent of the full bid amount in the form of a bidder's bond. Bidders must be licensed for the full amount of the bid as required by North Dakota Century Code. The Owner reserves the right to hold bids for 30 days, reject any or all bids, and waive any irregularities. Bidders must comply with American Iron and Steel requirements of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014, and Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements.
