The City of Cle Elum invites SEALED BIDS for a: City Hall Office Remodel The City invites all contractors to submit a sealed bid for all labor, materials, and tools needed to remodel approximately 1,150 square feet of office space inside City Hall. Several interior wall and finishes must be removed before installing new electrical, walls, and finishes. City will provide and pay for a roll-off dumpster. Contractor must pay prevailing wage. Bidders are encouraged to complete a site visit, but not required. Any questions can be directed to Rob Omans at (509) 674- 2262 ext. 101 romans@cleelum.gov.
