General Summit County Government is seeking proposals to have HVAC duct systems and associated equipment cleaned in several of their facilities for the 2025 calendar year. Items, Processes, materials, and equipment pertaining to this project shall include the following: A. Cleaning Specifications B. Schedules C. Security of job D. Contractor Responsibilities E. Furnished Items Location of Work These projects are located at the following physical locations: o County Commons, building physical address: 37 Peak One Dr., Frisco, CO 80443. o Fleet Maintenance, building physical address: 87 C.R 1003, Frisco, CO 80443 o Emergency Services, building physical address: 227 C.R 1003, Frisco, CO 80443 o Transit, building physical address: 222 C.R 1003, Frisco, CO 80443 o District Attorney/Probation, building physical address:504 North Park Ave., Breckenridge, CO 80440 Contractor shall provide a separate proposal for each project address listed above. Scope Details A. Cleaning Specifications: SECTION 230130.51 - NADCA HVAC AIR-DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM CLEANING 3 PART 1 - GENERAL SUMMARY Selected contractor shall be an active member of the NADCA and show current certifications for its employees. All work shall be performed and in accordance with the NADCA cleaning specifications, section 230130-50. Clean HVAC systems from point where air enters the system to each point where air is discharged from the system, as reflected on (Owner) provided blue prints and as discussed in the mandatory pre-bid meetings, to include but not limited to the following listed items: Gas fired furnaces, AHU's, RTU's, inline coils, ERV's, TB's, VAV's, exhaust systems (bathroom and building), supply and return ducts (insulated and uninsulated), vent registers, diffusers, louvers, and associated grilles. All work shall occur afterhours.
