Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Southport, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Southport Park Parking Lot Reconstruction Reconstruction of the existing parking lot for Southport Park located on the east side of Derbyshire Road, approximately 400 LFT north of the intersection of Southport Road and Derbyshire Road, more specifically located at 6901 Derbyshire Road. The project will consist of full depth reconstruction of the existing parking lot and any associated curb, sidewalk, curb ramps, retaining walls, steps, handrails, drive approaches, storm sewer systems, and all other incidentals. A bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each bid. A one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond will also be required of the successful bidder. It is intended that actual construction of all work divisions shall be started as soon as practicable, and each bidder shall be prepared to enter promptly into a construction contract, furnish a performance bond, and begin work without delay in the event the award is made to him. The City of Southport reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all bids, solicitations and/or offers in whole or in part as specified in the solicitations when it is not in the best interests of the governmental body Question Deadline 11/26/2024
